Buy, Throw, Repeat is a visually engaging project that critically examines the cycle of electronic waste (e-waste) and the role of corporate influence in driving excessive consumption. The project consists of a zine and a series of three posters, each playing a distinct role in raising awareness and prompting reflection on modern consumer habits.
At the heart of the project is Buy, Throw, Repeat – The Zine, a vibrant and visually striking publication that combines bold typography, expressive illustrations, and insightful content to explore the environmental and ethical implications of mass electronics production. The zine invites readers to question the constant push to upgrade, discard, and replace devices—challenging the notion that technological progress must come at the cost of sustainability. Through engaging storytelling and design, it encourages audiences to rethink their relationship with electronic products and consider more responsible alternatives.
